Storage Unit Sizes
Advertised unit sizes are approximations. The dimensions are intended to provide customers with a general reference point in order to compare different types of units. Rental rates are not based on square foot measurements, but rather on the type of unit. Customers requiring a specific amount of square footage should inspect units prior to rental and base their decision to rent on their own inspection. Customers should not rely on the advertised size of the unit to determine whether to rent a particular unit.

REFUND POLICY
GENERAL DISCLAIMER
Please take time to review the following regarding AAA Fort Storage’s Refund and Reimbursement Policy. This is information found on the front page of your lease agreement.
Although we do our best to explain our refund and prorate policy at the time of rental, the reading and comprehending of the Lease details is the responsibility of the Tenant. AAA Fort Storage is not responsible if a customer does not recall their vacate date, and therefore did not notify us, or if the payment has been processed automatically.
REIMBURSEMENT STATEMENTS AS PER AAAFS LEASE AGREEMENT
RENT AND TERM: This Lease is a MONTH-TO-MONTH agreement between Lessor & Lessee beginning on the Lease Start Date (AKA anniversary date or due date). Lessor must receive rental amounts from Lessor before the monthly anniversary date, without notice or invoice, until lease is terminated. Lessee’s continued occupancy and/or retention of any keys to the storage unit(s) constitutes the ratification of the month-to-month lease agreement. When planning to vacate, Lessee must give written notice at least ten (10) days prior to the anniversary date. Lessee must return all keys to the office when they have vacated. ALL keys must be returned (or lost keys paid for), and unit completely vacated before Lease agreement is terminated. There is NO refund or reimbursement for a partial month’s stay. There is NO prorating of rent.
VACATE POLICY: NO REFUNDS ON A PARTIAL MONTH STAY. WE DO NOT PRORATE RENT. WHEN PLANNING TO VACATE, CUSTOMER MUST GIVE WRITTEN NOTICE AT LEAST TEN (10) DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR MONTHLY ANNIVERSARY DATE. ALL Keys must be returned (or lost keys paid for), before we can close out the account.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS
We accept the return of unopened or unused merchandise item within the first 10 days of purchase. The item must have been purchased at AAA Fort Storage. A receipt is required to return the merchandise. This policy excludes boxes; we do not accept the return of boxes, even if unused.
